This is not a recipe, but more of a review. I've had some nasty boxed, "healthy" meals while on this journey, but I thought today, I'd share a yummy one!! Atkins Beef Merlot.... Yummy!
It's got 310 calories, which is good for me to eat a meal with that number!! 16g of Protein, and only 3g of Sugar and 9g of Carbs. All of these are good numbers for someone who's had weight loss surgery. The best part?.... I was able to eat all of it! It's basically just meat and broccoli in a gravy sauce, but it's delicious. Right sized portion, right nutrition, right taste. It's a winner! "Amy Approved!" hehehe.
